Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 2 tbsp sugar and 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder.
- Step 2
Whisk all the ingredients well till smooth.
- Step 3
Heat a pan, add ghee and pour a ladle of the batter.
- Step 4
Deep fry it until golden colour.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated coconut
- Step 6
Tasty malpua is ready to be served hot.
