- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1.5 tbsp ghee, add 1/4 cup wheat vermicelli, 2 tsp chopped almonds, 2 tsp chopped cashewnuts and 2 tsp chopped pista and roast everything until light brown.
- Step 2
Pour 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and stir well.
- Step 3
Add 2 tbsp sugar, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder and mix well.
- Step 4
Simmer until the kheer thickens a little.
- Step 5
Turn off the heat and allow it to cool.
- Step 6
Add mango pulp and combine well.
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding muskmelon seeds.
- Step 8
Relish the delicious Mango Vermicelli Kheer.
