- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp chopped amaranth leaves, 1/2 tsp chopped red chilli ,1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp haldi and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tbsp ghee and mix everything well, now add some water and knead the dough.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 4
Roll out the dough into a round roti.
- Step 5
Heat a tawa, place the roti, roast slightly on one side and flip, pinch the top of the roti using wet fingers to create the khoba pattern, add 1/2 tbsp ghee and roast.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
