In a bowl add 1.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp besan, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp kasuri methi, salt for taste.

Knead into a semisoft dough using warm water as required
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 4
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 5
Divide into equal parts and roll it evenly
- Step 6
Heat a tava and roast on both sides using ghee until light brown
- Step 7
Serve with curries or raita
