Pre preparation

Soak 2 tbsp of green moong and sprout them.
- Step 3
For Kulcha Dough
- Step 4
Take a bowl and add 3 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour,1.5 tbsp Maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1/8 tsp Salt and knead into Soft Dough.

Keep the dough aside for sometime.

For Filling

Take a bowl and add Sprouted Whole Moong ,1/8 tsp Salt,1/4 tsp Green Chilli Paste, 1/8 tsp Dry Mango Powder and 1 tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves and Mash Well
- Step 8
Roll the Dough and fill in the stuffing, seal and fold it into a round ball.
- Step 9
Roll into a Kulcha.
- Step 10
Heat a pan and roast the kulcha by both sides with 2 tsp Ghee.
- Step 11
Serve Hot.
