Steps
- Step 1
Cook 1.5 tbsp whole masoor and grind with 1 tbsp suji to a smooth batter and keep aside.
- Step 2
Also soak and boil 1/4 tsp methi seeds and keep aside.
- Step 3
In a bowl, add masoor suji batter, 1/8 tsp salt, water as required, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, soaked and boiled methi seeds and mix well.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 5
Heat 1 tsp oil, pour and spread batter.
- Step 6
Flip and cook on both sides.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
