Steps
- Step 1
Soak & cook 1/8 cup whole masoor and keep aside.
- Step 2
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 tsp of jeera, and let it crackle.
- Step 4
Add 1.5 tbsp each of chopped onions and tomatoes, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well.
- Step 5
Add 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp each of chopped green chilli, haldi and mix well.
- Step 6
Now, add the cooked whole masoor, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 7
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, mix well and serve hot.
- Step 8
Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated coconut.
