- Step 1
For Tagar/Boora
In a kadhai add 3 tbsp sugar, water as required and boil it well.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp ghee and stir it to continue till look like semolina.
- Step 3
For Peda
In a kadhai add 1.25 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and reduce Nestlé A+ Milk in half. Then scratch the sides and keep stirring continuously till Nestlé A+ Milk in thick consistency.
- Step 4
Add into the 1/2 tsp ghee and stir continuously till brown or look like a semolina texture.
- Step 5
Add into the 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder and mix it well. Then switch off the flame and lightly cool down the mixture.
- Step 6
Transfer mixture in a mixing bowl and add into the 1/8 cup boora from prepared boora,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, and mix it well.
- Step 7
Make a small round pedas and coat with remaining boora.
- Step 8
Serve.
