Ingredients

- Step 1
Heat a pan add 1/4 tsp ghee, 1 tsp wheat flour,1 tsp besan and roast it for a minute
- Step 2
Add 1.5 tbsp khoa,1.5 tsp sugar powder, and mix until sugar dissolves.
- Step 3
Transfer to a bowl, let it cool and set aside

In a bowl add 1.5 tbsp wheat flour,1.5 tbsp maida,1/8 tsp ghee, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and salt for taste

Knead into a soft dough
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 7
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 8
Divide it into equalsized balls and roll each evenly
- Step 9
Place a spoonful of mawa in the center and fold the edges
- Step 10
Pinch them together to seal it into a ball again and gently roll out
- Step 11
Heat a tawa, place the roti and roast on both sides evenly until golden brown.
- Step 12
Apply ghee and enjoy the warm Mawa Roti
