- Step 1
In a bowl, mix together 2 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp chopped methi leaves, 1/8 tsp Dry Mango Powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp salt and required amount of water. Knead into a dough.
- Step 2
Divide the dough into small portions and coat one of the dough ball in wheat flour, roll into a paratha.
- Step 3
Roast the paratha with 1.5 tsp ghee. Flip and roast on both sides until cooked completely.
- Step 4
Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
