- Step 1
Heat a kadhai with 2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic and saute.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 cup diced carrot and cook until it softens over low flame.
- Step 3
Add 1.25 cup chopped methi leaves and cook for a minute
- Step 4
Add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and 1/4 tsp salt for taste and mix well.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 6
Serve hot with chapati
