Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a kadhai with 2 tsp coconut oil, add 1/2 tsp jeera, cinnamon stick, kadi patta, 1 tsp urad dal and roast for a minute
- Step 2
Add 4 tbsp green peas, 2 tbsp chopped methi leaves and 1/8 tsp salt
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by grated carrot
- Step 4
Cover and cook until soft
- Step 5
Add the cooked rice, 1 tbsp grated coconut and combine well
- Step 6
Serve warm
