Steps
- Step 1
In a kadhai , add 2 tsp oil, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1.5 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp green chillies, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1 tsp ginger, 1/2 cup methi leaves,1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp coriander powder,1/3 cup diced mushroom, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, water as required.
