Ingredients

- Step 1
In a heated kadai, add 1 tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 green elaichi, add 2 cloves, 1/4 stick of cinnamon, 3 black peppercorns, 1 star anise and saute.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp chopped onion, 3 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder and mix well.
- Step 3
Now add 1 cup chopped methi leaves, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and give it a mix.
- Step 4
Cover and allow to cook.
- Step 5
Add the cooked mutton and mix.
- Step 6
Serve hot with roti or rice.
