Ingredients

- Step 1
In a bowl, add 3.5 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tsp chopped methi leaves, 2 tsp chopped palak, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp jaggery powder.
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 3
Knead into a soft dough using water as required.
- Step 4
Divide the dough into equal parts, flatten it, and roll it into a round paratha.
- Step 5
Add a spoonful of stuffing and seal it from all the sides and roll into a paratha.
- Step 6
Heat a pan, place the paratha, and roast the paratha with ghee
- Step 7
Flip and roast on both sides until cooked thoroughly.
- Step 8
Serve with Nestlé A+ Curd.
