Steps
- Step 1
Heat kadhai on low flame, add 1/2 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp cinnamon stick,1/2 tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera, 5 no. black pepper, 1 no. star anise, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 1 no. bay leaf & saute well.
- Step 2
Then add 4 tbsp chopped methi leaves, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8th tsp salt, saute well.
- Step 3
Add cooked rice, kasuri methi (Nutritional Twist) & mix well.
- Step 4
Serve hot with salad.
