Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, mix 2.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp besan, 2 tbsp chopped methi leaves, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder and water as required.
- Step 2
Knead into a dough and rest it.
- Step 3
Divide the dough into small portions and roll into a paratha.
- Step 4
Roast the paratha with 1 tsp ghee.
- Step 5
Flip and roast on both sides until cooked completely.
- Step 6
Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
