- Step 1
For stuffing
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil. Add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and water. Now add 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt, 1.5 tbsp cooked peas, little water, cover and cook.
- Step 3
Add 3 tbsp boiled and mashed raw banana,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 4
For sheet
In a mixing bowl, add 1.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp jowar flour, 1 tbsp bajra flour, 1/8 tsp salt and water to knead into dough.
- Step 5
Roll out using rolling pin, add mixture and seal in square shape and keep it aside.
- Step 6
Heat oil for frying and deep fry till golden brown.
- Step 7
For pocket pizza
On the fried pockets, apply 1/2 tbsp pizza sauce.
- Step 8
Sprinkle 2 tbsp grated cheese, 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes and 1/4 tsp mixed herbs.
- Step 9
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 10 minutes.
- Step 10
Serve hot with a choice of your dip.
