Steps
- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp ghee.
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp suji, 1 tbsp ragi flour and roast until golden brown.
- Step 3
Add 2 tbsp chopped mango and mix well.
- Step 4
Then, add 1 tbsp chopped cashewnuts and 1 tbsp chopped pista and saute well.
- Step 5
Add 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, mix well and let it simmer.
- Step 6
Add 2 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder, 1/2 tsp kesar, and mix well.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
