- Step 1
For Stuffing
Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, required water, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala and mix it well. Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1.5 tbsp peas and mix it again.
- Step 3
Add 2.5 tbsp boiled and mashed raw banana,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Step 4
For the sheet
In a bowl add 1.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp jowar flour,1 tbsp bajra flour, 1/8 tsp salt, water and knead it into a dough.
- Step 5
Roll it out using a rolling pin. Fill the mixture and seal in a square shape.
- Step 6
Heat oil for frying in a pan. Deep fry till golden brown.
- Step 7
Serve it hot.
