- Step 1
For dough
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2
Mix all the ingredients and knead it into a smooth dough.
- Step 3
Allow the dough to rest for 5 minutes.
- Step 4
For Kulcha
Take a small portion of dough, put 1/2 tsp sesame seeds and roll into a kulcha.
- Step 5
Brush some water on kulcha and put it on a heated pan.
- Step 6
Roast it evenly using 1/2 tsp butter.
- Step 7
For Pizza
In a pan, heat the kulcha and add 1 tbsp pizza sauce, 1/2 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/2 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1/2 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1/2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp grated cheese,1/4 tsp oregano and 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes.
- Step 8
Cover and cook for 5 min till the cheese melts.
- Step 9
Yummy kulcha pizza is ready to be served hot.
