- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1/2 tsp coriander leaves. Mix well and keep aside.

Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3
In another bowl add boiled and mashed potato, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1/8 tsp salt and combine well.
- Step 4
Take a portion of potato mix, flatten it and stuff with coconut mixture.
- Step 5
Fold and shape into rolls.
- Step 6
Coat it with 1 tbsp bread crumbs.
- Step 7
Heat a pan with oil for frying.
- Step 8
Deep fry them until golden brown and crisp,
- Step 9
Serve hot rolls with any dip of your choice.
