In a blender, add cooked chole,1 tsp each of white til, olive oil, and lemon juice,2 garlic pods, and 1/2 tsp salt.

Blend everything together to a smooth texture.
- Step 3
Next, in a mixing bowl, add the prepared hummus, 1/2 tsp each of grated ginger, red chilli flakes, and 2 tbsp boiled mashed potato.
- Step 4
Season with 1/8 tsp salt, and add 1 tbsp cornflour.
- Step 5
Finally, add 2 tsp of chopped pudina and mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 6
Roll out the mix into poppers.
- Step 7
In a kadhai, heat oil for frying.
- Step 8
Deep fry until golden brown.
- Step 9
Serve poppers hot.
