- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tbsp besan, 1/4 tsp ajwain,1/4th tsp chopped green chili, 1 tbsp chopped onion, salt for taste and mix well
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 3
Knead into a soft dough using water as required
- Step 4
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 5
Divide the dough into equal parts and roll each evenly
- Step 6
Heat a tawa, place the roti and roast on both sides evenly.
- Step 7
Serve hot with sabzi or curry
