Steps

For Batter
Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder & mix. Add water and mix well.

Pour 1 tsp oil and spread cheela batter.
- Step 3
Add 1 tsp oil and flip & roast evenly.
- Step 4
Serve with chutney.
