- Step 1
Heat a pressure cooked with 1/4 tsp oil, add 2 black peppercorn,1/8 cup julienne onion,1/2 tsp grated garlic, 3 tbsp chopped tomato and saute.
- Step 2
Add all soaked dals, pour water as required and mix everything
- Step 3
Close the lid and pressure cook until 2 whistles
- Step 4
Once done, blend to a smooth texture
- Step 5
Season with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp salt, mix and simmer for a minute.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot
- Step 7
Serve warm
