- Step 1
For Vada
In a bowl, mix together, urad dal paste, moong dal paste, 1/2 tsp dhania seeds, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped onion and mix well.
- Step 2
Make small portions of the batter and deep fry in oil.
- Step 3
Drain the vadas on an absorbent paper and serve hot with mint chutney.
