- Step 1
For Stuffing Mixture
In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp milk powder,1/2 tsp suji, chopped dates, roasted sunflower seeds, roasted pumpkin seeds, little water mix and knead into a soft dough.

Divide the dough into equal portions. Add 10 raisins and mix well.
- Step 3
For Ghujiya
In a mixing bowl add 1/4th whole wheat flour,1/4th tsp baking soda, and water as required, and knead into the soft dough.
- Step 4
Divide the dough into equal portions and shape it into balls.
- Step 5
Roll out each ball using a rolling pin and place the stuffing balls. Seal the edges and tuck them.
- Step 6
Place them on a tray and brush over 1.5 tsp oil.
- Step 7
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes then flip and again bake for 10 minutes.
- Step 8
Cool and serve.
