- Step 1
For Pasty Dough
In a bowl add 1/3 cup whole wheat flour,15g vegetable shortening,3/4 tsp butter, water as required and knead into the dough.

Cover and place in a fridge.
- Step 3
For Stuffing
In a bowl add 1 tbsp grated cauliflower,1 tbsp chopped red capsicum,1 tbsp chopped cabbage,1 tbsp boiled peas,1.25 tbsp chopped onion,1/8 cup chopped potato, 1 tbsp chopped shalgam,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 4
Take a pasty dough and divide it into an equal portion.
- Step 5
Roll out each portion with a rolling pin and fill the stuffing into each roll out dough.
- Step 6
Seal each pasty with a fork and fork it on top of the pasty.
- Step 7
Brush 1/2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk on top of the pasty and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 45 minutes.
- Step 8
Serve warm.
