- Step 1
For Vegetable Mixture
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/4 tsp grated ginger,1/8 cup julienne onion,1/8 cup julienne red capsicum,1/8 cup julienne cabbage,1/8 cup julienne zucchini, and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add 1/8 tsp black pepper,1 tbsp chopped mustard leaves, mix it and cook it well.
- Step 3
For Sauce
In a bowl add 1/2 tbsp tahini,1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/2 tsp sugar,1 tsp red chili flakes,1/8 tsp black pepper powder and mix it well
- Step 4
Add into the boiled rice noodles and minced vegetable mixture. Combine all together well.
- Step 5
Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and serve.
