- Step 1
Prepreparation
Boil 1 tbsp sweet corn.
- Step 2
For Dhokla
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup suji, 1 tbsp grated carrot, boiled sweet corn, 1/8 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp salt and a little water.
- Step 3
Mix well and add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/2 tsp fruit salt, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 4
Mix gently and keep aside.
- Step 5
Grease a plate with oil and pour the batter on the plate
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds.
- Step 7
Steam for 10 minutes.
- Step 8
After 10 minutes, insert a toothpick to see if cooked and transfer to a serving platter.
- Step 9
For Tadka
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera and 4 kadi patta leaves.
- Step 10
Pour the tadka over the cooked dhokla.
- Step 11
Serve hot with mint chutney.
