- Step 1
For Dough
In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp Wheat Flour, 1.5 tbsp Maida,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/4 tsp Salt.

Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.

Rest the dough for 5 min.

For Filling

In a mixing bowl add Mashed Vegetables, 1/4 tsp Red Chilli powder, 1/4 tsp Dry Mango Powder, 1/4 tsp Jeera Powder and 1/4 tsp salt.

Mix all ingredients well.

For Kulcha

Roll the dough and fill the stuffing.
- Step 9
Seal and Fold, and flatten into a Kulcha.
- Step 10
Apply water at the base of Kulcha and Place it on a Heated Tawa

Roast with 1 tsp Ghee
- Step 12
For Pizza

Take the prepared kulcha in a frying pan on slow heat, spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on it, put 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and top it with 1.5 tbsp grated cheese, 1/4 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes

Cover and allow to cook till cheese melts.

Serve it hot.
