Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Take a thick base pressure cooker and heat 1/2 tsp oil in it.
- Step 2
To that add 6 no of paneer cubes and sauté till golden brown.
- Step 3
Once done remove in a plate and keep aside.
- Step 4
In the same cooker, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 5
Add 1/2 bay leaf, 1 black cardamom, 1 black pepper corns, 1 cloves, 2 tbsp chopped onion and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste. Sauté until golden brown
- Step 6
Now add 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp fresh peas, 2 tsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped cauliflower, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli and mix well.
- Step 7
Then add 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt, 2 tbsp washed rice and 6 no. paneer cubes
- Step 8
Mix well and add water as required.
- Step 9
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and stir well.
- Step 10
Pressure cook for 2 whistles.
- Step 11
Serve hot
