Ingredients

- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1/2 tbsp olive oil, add 2 tbsp chopped yellow zucchini, 2 tbsp grated carrot and cook on high flame until it is charred a little
- Step 2
Transfer to a bowl, add 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp chopped onions, 2 tbsp chopped capsicum and 1 tbsp chopped parsley.
- Step 3
Mix all vegetables and season with 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and 1/4 tsp pink salt.
- Step 4
Mix all ingredients well
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped pineapple
- Step 6
Chill and serve this chunky salsa with tortilla chips.
