Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 4 tbsp suji, 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp grated violet cabbage, 1 tbsp sweet corn, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp hing, water as required and mix well.
- Step 2
Take the mould and brush it with 1 tsp oil.
- Step 3
Fill the mould with the batter.
- Step 4
Cover and roast the appam's.
- Step 5
Flip and cook both side equally.
- Step 6
Serve hot
