- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp grated tofu, 1 tbsp each squeezed grated carrot and zucchini, 1/2 tsp green chili paste, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp mixed herbs, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and 1 tbsp bread crumbs.

Give a Nestle Twist by adding spinach.
- Step 3
Mix all the ingredients well and shape into an patty.
- Step 4
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 5
Shallow fry the patty until it turns golden brown from all sides.
- Step 6
Slice open 1 mediumsized burger bun, through the center.
- Step 7
Apply mustard mayonnaise on each half.
- Step 8
Put 2 slices of tomato, 1 lettuce leaf and the patty.
- Step 9
Cover the bun and serve.
