- Step 1
Heat a pan, add 1 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp ragi flour and 1 tbsp besan.
- Step 2
Roast until brown and set aside.
- Step 3
Heat another with 2 tbsp ghee, add 1 tbsp chopped almond and 1 tbsp chopped cashew nut.
- Step 4
Roast until golden brown and set aside.
- Step 5
In a bowl, add roasted mixed flour, 3 tbsp jaggery powder and the roasted nuts.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 7
Mix everything well
- Step 8
Take small portion and shape into laddoos
- Step 9
