Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add dal and sprouts batter,1/8 tsp hing,1/4 tsp black salt,1/8 cup chopped onion,1/2 tbsp grated ginger, and mix all together.
- Step 2
Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan then pour rice batter and spread it nicely.
- Step 3
Pierce a hole in the center, add 1/2 tsp oil around, and cook till golden in color.
- Step 4
Turn over and cook with more oil if necessary.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
