- Step 1
In a bowl, add 3.5 tbsp wheat flour, mix vegetables, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp dry mango powder, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 2
Knead into a soft dough using water as needed.
- Step 3
Divide into equal portions, flatten them, and roll each dough ball into a paratha.
- Step 4
Heat a pan and grease it with 1.5 tsp ghee, place the paratha, and roast on both sides.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 6
Serve hot with raita.
