- Step 1
For Vegetable
In a mixing bowl add 2 Cauliflower Florets,1/8 cup Diced Carrot,1/8 cup Fresh Peas,1 tbsp Diced Baby Corn,1 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp sesame oil,1/4 tsp rice vinegar,1/2 tsp cornflour,1/2 tsp oyster sauce and mix it well.
- Step 2
For Rice
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp butter add into the 1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/8 tsp grated ginger and saute it till fragrant. Add into the soaked marinated rice and saute it well.
- Step 3
Take a mold to add into the vegetable mixture, rice mixture, little water.
- Step 4
Boil water in a steamer and place a mold.
- Step 5
Steam it till done and serve.
