Add 2 tbsp coffee powder in hot water and strain the liquid and keep aside.

Soak and mash 2.5 tbsp chopped dates.

Whisk 1 egg white by gradually adding 1/4 cup sugar powder and mashed dates.

In another bowl, add 1/8 cup oil with 1 egg yolk, coffee water, and whisk it well.

Then add, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 3/4 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp baking soda and mix well.

Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.

Once mixed, add 1/8 tsp salt.

Fold the mixture into the egg white batter.
- Step 9
Grease a tin with oil and pour the batter evenly.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake at 180 degrees for 25 mins.

Check with a toothpick if the cake is ready.

Serve delicious Mocha Chiffon cake.
