Steps
- Step 1
Heat kadhai on medium flame, add 1 tbsp ghee, 2 cloves, 2 tsp chopped almonds, 2 tsp chopped cashewnuts, saute well.
- Step 2
Then add 2 tbsp sugar, 5 saffron strand, stir till sugar dissolves.
- Step 3
Then add cooked basmati rice, 1/4 tsp elaichi powder, white sesame seeds and mix well.
- Step 4
Serve hot.
