Ingredients

- Step 1
Heat a kadhai and dry roast 2 tbsp khoa on low flame, when khoa is nicely roasted remove and keep aside.
- Step 2
Now, heat 1/2 tsp ghee, add 1 tsp chopped almond, and 1 tsp chopped walnut.
- Step 3
Roast the dry fruits till they turn golden and crispy.
- Step 4
Add 5.5 tsp soaked moong dal and roast well with ghee. Grind it.
- Step 5
Now add powdered moong dal and roast again to evaporate excess moisture in 2.5 tsp ghee.
- Step 6
Add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk keep stirring the mixture to avoid any burning and to prevent lumps.
- Step 7
Add water as required.
- Step 8
Add 2 tbsp sugar, roasted khoa, and roasted nuts.
- Step 9
Mix well and add 1/4th tsp green elaichi powder.
- Step 10
Give a Nestle Twist by adding golden raisins.
- Step 11
Switch off the heat and serve this delicious halwa.
