- Step 1
Dry roast 1/4 cup moong dal in a pan.
- Step 2
Roast until light brown and grind it into a fine powder
- Step 3
Heat a pan with 1.5 tbsp ghee, add moong dal powder and roast for a minute.
- Step 4
In a bowl, add roasted moong dal powder, 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder, 3 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 tsp chopped almonds
- Step 5
Mix it well.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding raisins
- Step 7
Make equal sized ladoos.
- Step 8
