Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 2 tbsp whole moong flour, 1.5 tbsp wheat flour,1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 2 tsp oil and water.
- Step 2
Mix all ingredients and knead into a dough.
- Step 3
Roll the dough into round shape.
- Step 4
Heat the pan and roast the khakhra with 1/2 tsp ghee.
- Step 5
Serve it hot.
