- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add 1 egg,1 tsp chopped onion,1 tsp chopped tomato, 1 tsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tsp chopped yellow capsicum,1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and 1/4 tsp oregano and whisk well.
- Step 2
Take 2 Wheat Bread slices and flatten them and cut them into a round shape.
- Step 3
Place them on a greased muffin mold and spread in 2 tsp pizza sauce.
- Step 4
Pour egg mixture and spread 1 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese.
- Step 5
Bake them in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding olives.
- Step 7
Serve.
