- Step 1
For vegetable Mixture
In a pan , heat 1/2 tsp olive oil then add into the 1 tbsp each of julienne onion, julienne green capsicum, red capsicum, sweet corn and saute it well.

Give a Nestle Twist by adding black olives.
- Step 3
For Pizza
Cut muffin bread in half.
- Step 4
Toast muffin halves & place on a baking tin
- Step 5
Drizzle each with 1/2 tsp olive oil then layer on the vegetables & sprinkle 1/2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese on top.
- Step 6
Sprinkle 1/4 tsp oregano and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 7
Bake at 180 degree celsius in a preheated oven for 510min.
- Step 8
Serve with tomato sauce.
