Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pressure cooker with 2 tsp ghee, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 2 cloves, kadi patta, 1/4 tsp hing and saute.
- Step 2
Add 1/3 cup chopped radish leaves and cook until soft
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot
- Step 4
Add soaked rice and masoor dal, 1/4 tsp haldi and salt for taste
- Step 5
Add water as required and stir well
- Step 6
Pressure cook for 3 whistles on medium flame and then let the steam release naturally.
- Step 7
Open the lid, gently mix, and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Step 8
Serve hot, garnished with a side of yogurt or kadhi
