Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl mix 1.5 tbsp bajra flour,1.5 tbsp ragi flour,1.5 tbsp jowar flour,1 tbsp rice flour and water.
- Step 2
Knead it ina a soft dough and pat evenly on the dough to give it an even shape.
- Step 3
Heat a griddle and place the bhakri on it.
- Step 4
Apply water on the bhakri, allow it to cook and flip to cook on both sides until completely done.
- Step 5
Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
