- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp boiled mashed sweet potato, 2 tbsp boiled chana dal, 1 tbsp chopped violet cabbage, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1 tbsp suji, 1 tbsp boiled quinoa and mix well.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding muskmelon seeds.
- Step 3
Shape into cutlets and coat it in 2 tbsp oats.
- Step 4
Take a pan, heat 2 tsp oil and shallow fry the cutlets.
- Step 5
Serve hot with tomato ketchup. Enjoy.
